When you contact support

If you send a support request we keep what you send (your email address, the product and version, and your message) so we can reply and follow up. We use it only to answer you, never for marketing, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service that delivers our emails. Requests are deleted two years after they’re closed, or sooner if you ask.
